dissatisfied with your purchase, we will replace, exchange or refund
the item within 30 days. Exceptions: Some custom orders may not qualify
for a full or partial refund - terms for custom orders will be stated
clearly at the point of sale. All orders, including custom orders, qualify for a full refund in the event of product defects or in the event that the manufacturer has not delivered an order as specified.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned items must be clean, properly packaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
